Electric Vehicles
Terms and Conditions for Electric Vehicle Range and Battery Performance
- No Guarantee of Range Accuracy
The range of an electric vehicle (EV) may vary significantly based on various factors, including but not limited to driving conditions, terrain, speed, weather, battery age, vehicle load, and driving habits. Any estimated range figures provided by us, the manufacturer, or third-party sources are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of actual performance. - Battery Depletion and Performance Variability
Battery performance in an EV is subject to natural degradation over time, meaning that the maximum achievable range may decrease as the vehicle ages. External factors such as temperature, charging frequency, and maintenance practices can also influence battery efficiency and lifespan. Customers acknowledge and accept that battery depletion is an expected characteristic of EV ownership. - Customer Responsibility for Due Diligence
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to conduct thorough research and consider all relevant factors before making a purchase decision. This includes reviewing manufacturer specifications, third-party reviews, and real-world user experiences to understand the potential range and battery performance of the chosen vehicle. - No Liability for Range or Battery-Related Issues
We do not accept liability for any differences between estimated and actual range, nor do we provide warranties or guarantees regarding specific mileage capabilities of an EV beyond those expressly covered under manufacturer warranties. Customers acknowledge that actual driving range may be lower than estimated and accept this as an inherent aspect of EV usage - Final Agreement
By purchasing an electric vehicle from us, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that they have independently assessed the suitability of the vehicle for their needs. No claims shall be made against us regarding discrepancies in range estimates or battery performance, except as covered by applicable manufacturer warranties.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
